Role Overview

They are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Sales Manager to expand the client base, drive strategic partnerships, and grow revenue across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in contract logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and partners.
  • Develop tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs and align with the capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • 3 - 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese.
